Sourced from our Adana–Osmaniye–Mersin groves, this bulk option supplies premium virgin and extra-virgin olive oils in ISO 22000-certified, stainless‐steel road tankers (capacity 5 000 – 25 000 L). The oil is cold-pressed within four hours of harvest, nitrogen-blanket stored, and shipped with a full traceability dossier (COA, sensory panel, pesticide-residue and heavy-metal reports).

- Free acidity: ≤ 0.5 % (extra-virgin) or 0.6 – 1.5 % (virgin)
- Polyphenols: ≥ 250 mg kg⁻¹ (expressed as gallic acid)
