About

The Name of Quality and Trust: Akdeniz Birlik

Akdeniz Birlik sources every grade of olive oil and brine-ready table olives from the olive belts of Mersin, Adana, Osmaniye, Hatay and Kahramanmaraş — from Mut's PDO valley to Altınözü's registered local varieties. Products carrying the aromatic character of the Mediterranean microclimate are analysed at our trading centre in Düziçi, honestly graded, and delivered to every region of Türkiye — whether one litre or 25 tonnes.

Our registered trademark 'Akdeniz Zeytinyağ' backs our quality standards with documents.

What we stand for

  • Our own groves

We source olives from our own groves, not from middlemen. The process is ours from tree to bottle.

  • Registered trademark

With our registered 'Akdeniz Zeytinyağ' trademark, our quality standards are backed by certification.

  • Lab verified

Acidity and polyphenol values are measured and recorded in the lab for every production batch.

Our Registered Trademark

Akdeniz Zeytinyağ

The “Akdeniz Zeytinyağ” trademark our products carry is registered with the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office under Industrial Property Law No. 6769. Registration means the brand — and the quality commitment behind it — is legally protected.

How We Produce

Four steps from branch to table

Every stage serves one goal: keeping the olive as fresh as the day it was picked.

  1. 01

    Early Harvest

Hand-picked while still green from our own groves in Adana, Osmaniye and Mersin.

  2. 02

    Pressed in 4 Hours

Processed at our own facility within four hours of harvest, leaving no time for oxidation.

  3. 03

    Cold Pressed

Pressed below 27 °C so aroma, polyphenols and vitamins pass into the oil intact.

  4. 04

    Nitrogen Filling

Filled under nitrogen protection into light- and oxygen-blocking packaging.

Our Sustainable Agriculture Policy
